He is in the service of Malagasy higher education for thirty years, the Director General of the National Institute of Accounting and Business Administration (INSCAE) has just been elected Commissioner for Economic Affairs.
At age 62, the new commissioner is a recognized academic both in Madagascar and abroad. Holder of two doctorates in Applied Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, he is a full professor in the Faculty of Science at Tananarive University since 1983. He is also a professor at INSCAE, a public higher education establishment located in the capital. He teaches business ethics and project management and has been the general manager for nearly twenty years. And his role has led him to collaborate with French and Canadian universities, more specifically with the Institute of Business Administration (IAE) of Poitiers or the universities of Quebec in Trois-Rivières and Laval. Professor Victor Harison is also involved in the Francophone Education Network by having been a member of the Board of Directors of the Francophonie University Agency (AUF), the Francophonie Institute for Entrepreneurship (IFE). in Mauritius, as well as a member of the regional commission of experts of the Indian Ocean Bureau of the AUF. He is also one of the presidents of the organizing committee and the scientific committee of the Atlas-AFMI 2017 conference, an event of the French-speaking association in international management (AFMI).
